Quick answers to the most common issues.

Guests get pages from the site cache, and the browser keeps its own copy. Check in incognito mode, refresh with cache clearing (Ctrl+F5), or reset the cache at /pagecache.

The administrator always sees a fresh page, while guests see a ready copy from the page cache. Usually the cache resets itself immediately after saving in the admin panel, but it's more convenient to check how guests see the site in incognito mode.

If guests still see the old version, open "Page cache" in the "Admin" menu (/pagecache) and click "Reset cache". A section that should not be cached is marked with the "Do not cache" checkbox in its settings window.

If you can't see it either, refresh the page with browser cache clearing: Ctrl+F5 (on Mac ⌘+Shift+R). If that doesn't help, check whether you saved the window (the "Save" button) and whether you edited the right section: the site may have several similar pages.

Either there is no section with that URL, or it has "Nobody. Close access.", or the section is hidden in this language.

Open "Site structure" and find the section. Check two fields: "URL (alias)" — the address must match what's in the browser bar — and "Access level": the value "Nobody. Close access." returns 404 to everyone except the administrator.

404 only in another language (/en/…) — the section is hidden for that language in "General settings" → "Site languages" → "Sections and informers by language".

An address with a dot (e.g. /page.html) is not considered a section by the engine at all — remove the extension. A module name in the address (/forms) also doesn't work on its own: a module opens only at the address of its section.

Check the "Spam" folder and the address in the form's "Button action" field: Send{address}. Empty braces — the email goes to the site administrators.

First check the "Spam" folder — emails from a newly created domain almost always end up there. Mark the email as "not spam", and they will go to "Inbox" afterwards.

Then check the recipient address. There is no separate field for it: the address is in the send button setting, in the "Button action" field, inside the rule Send{manager@site.ru}. Empty braces Send{} — the email goes to the site administrators' e-mail. A typo in the address looks exactly like "emails are not arriving"; if there is no "Send" rule, the email is not sent at all.

To ensure the request is not lost even if the email doesn't arrive, add the Save rule to the button — each submission will be recorded in the orders table.

Open the section, select the desired value in the "Orientation" field, and save — after that it stays put.

This was the behavior of sections that had an old orientation value left in the database — the engine understood it, but the list in the section window did not, and on saving, the default value was substituted, i.e., the top-left zone.

It is fixed once: open the item, select the desired orientation in the list, and save.

Most often its access level changed: values like "No one…" remove the item from the menu. In another language, the section may be hidden by a language rule.

Open "Site structure" — the tree shows all sections, including hidden ones. Check the "Access level": "No one. Can follow." removes the item from the menu but leaves the page accessible via link.

If the section is a system one and you deleted it — it wasn't deleted but hidden: the engine protects pages that its operation depends on this way. Restore access to "Everyone", and the item will appear again.

It disappeared only in one language — look in "General settings" → "Site languages" → "Sections and informers by language": there may be a "Hide" rule for that language.

The language is determined by the visitor's country (and region rules) and browser settings, and the choice is remembered for a year.

On the first visit, the engine looks at the country by IP address, then at the browser settings. Then it remembers the visitor's choice for a year — so your site may open differently for you than for a colleague from another country.

For specific regions of a country, the language can be set by an exception: in the settings of the language switcher informer (the "Module settings" button in its window), the "Exception rules" field, for example UA: Crimea, Sevastopol = ru. The rule applies only on the first visit and only for languages enabled on the site.

To check how others see the site, switch the language in the menu or open the address with a prefix directly: /en/ — English version, address without prefix — base language.

Check that you clicked "Save" in the section window itself: the panels inside it do not have their own save button.

The panels "Edit section text", "Module settings", and "SEO promotion" do not have separate save buttons: everything is saved with a single "Save" button at the bottom of the section window. If you closed the window with the X — the edits were not saved.

If a setting resets specifically after saving, rather than being lost on closing — write to us which field exactly: such behavior means an engine error, not yours.

On the login page, click "Forgot password?", enter your e-mail — a new temporary password will arrive by email.

On the /login page, click "Forgot password?", enter the account e-mail and "Send new password". An email with a temporary password will arrive — the old password stops working after that. When logging in with the temporary password, the site will ask you to come up with a new one.

The password is different on each site: you need to recover it on the site you're logging into. No email — check "Spam". "User with this email not found" — on this site the account is registered to a different address.

If you don't have access to the email, the site administrator can set a password for you themselves.

Most often the file is too large for the server (a phone photo) or the format is not an image: JPG, PNG, GIF, and WEBP are accepted.

The most common reason is size: a phone photo easily exceeds the server's limit per file. Reduce the photo and upload again. For an object's image, the reason for rejection is written as a message on the page after saving — read it.

Images are accepted in JPG, PNG, GIF, and WEBP formats. SVG, HEIC (iPhone photos), and TIFF cannot be uploaded as an image — save the file as JPG or PNG.

If the image "uploaded" but is not on the page — check whether you clicked "Save": a selected but unsaved file is not attached to the object.

Look for an email with the subject "Website request …", including in "Spam", and check that the form button has a Send{…} rule.

First search your email by the subject "Website request" — including the "Spam" folder. Emails from a new domain almost always end up there.

If the email is nowhere, open the form and check the button's action: the email is sent only if it has a "Send" rule. Send{address} sends the request to the specified address, empty brackets Send{} — to the site administrators at their account e-mails. The message after sending is set by a separate "Message" rule — it doesn't mean the email was configured.

On the site, sending is saved only if the button has a Save or Pay rule, the form has an orders table created, or the form has a "Products in cart" or "Set of services with prices" field. Also check for a typo in the recipient's address.

The balance is topped up when the order gets the "Paid" status based on the bank's notification. Open "Finance" — there you can see whether the order is awaiting payment.

Topping up is an order: the money is credited at the moment the bank confirms the payment and the order gets the "Paid" status. Usually this takes seconds, but the bank's notification may be delayed.

Open the /finance section: when opened, it itself reconciles paid orders with the balance, and shows unpaid ones in the "Awaiting payment" line. If the order is there — the payment didn't reach the site; repeat it via the order link.

Payment by invoice is not confirmed by the bank: the "Paid" status is set by the site administrator on the order page, after which the amount is credited.

Check whether page caching is enabled in /pagecache, and check speed in an incognito window: pages are always rebuilt for administrators.

Open "Page Cache" in the "Admin" menu (/pagecache) and make sure the "Cache pages of this site" checkbox is selected. With caching enabled, guests receive ready-made pages almost instantly.

You won't see this speedup yourself: for a logged-in user and administrator, pages are always rebuilt, and the admin panel is noticeably heavier than the storefront. Check the site in an incognito window and from the second page — the cache does not serve a new visitor's first visit.

If one section is slow, check whether it has the "Do not cache" checkbox selected and whether it is in the exclusion list.

Open "Connection errors" (the triangle at the bottom of the folders column) and click the channel name — its settings will open. Most often the key has expired or been revoked.

When a channel has a problem, a triangle "Connection errors" lights up at the bottom of the folders column for the administrator. The window shows which channel and what happened; clicking the name opens the settings of that connection, "Check again" rechecks.

Typical causes: Wildberries token expired (valid up to 180 days) or Odnoklassniki key was replaced; Avito revoked access — "Reconnect via Avito"; Ozon requires a Premium Plus or Premium Pro subscription; the T-Bank token doesn't have the site's IP address; the email app password was changed. Update the key and save the connection.

If there's no error but the message isn't visible — check the "In progress" folder: a new message is appended to the open conversation with the same person.

The multichat section has its own set of channels. Open "Add channel" and check the desired channel in the "Channels of this site" list.

If there are multiple multichat sections or a section has its own set of channels, a channel connected via "Settings" does not automatically appear in that section. Click "Add channel", check it in the "Channels of this site" list and click "Save".

A channel created directly from this window using the button in the "New channel" block is added to the multichat automatically.

In the "In progress" and "Completed" folders, an employee sees only their own conversations, and folders may be closed to groups or belong to others as personal.

An employee sees "Inbox" in full, but in the "In progress" and "Completed" folders — only conversations where they are the assignee. A colleague's conversation is visible to the administrator.

If a folder is not visible — check in its window "Folder visibility (employee groups)" and whether the employee is in the selected group. Another employee's personal folder is not visible to anyone except the owner.

Tips for working with the builder

The "Help" section is made for those who are building a website on "Pervaya Liniya" for the first time. It contains answers to common questions: how to create a website, what to write in the fields, how to edit texts and photos, how to connect your own domain, and how to set up sections. The materials will help you figure things out without contacting support.

The builder is simple: you fill in the fields on the creation page, and then edit the content directly on the finished website. If something does not work or is unclear, check the relevant help item. The instructions are written in plain language and describe every step.

In Help you will find answers to questions:

  • how to come up with a website address and what to do if the name is taken;
  • how to change the title, description, and other texts on the page;
  • how to add products, services, or request forms;
  • how to connect your own domain instead of an address on firstline.com.ua;
  • how to set up sections and modules for your business needs.

If you cannot find the answer you need, use the feedback form — we will help you figure it out. The section is updated so that you can always find current information about working with the builder.
