How to set up working hours and auto-reply outside working hours

← Back

"Settings" → "Rules" → "Working days" tab: hours, weekends, holidays, and auto-reply text. Until "Save" is clicked, the auto-reply is not sent.

  1. Open "Settings" → "Rules" → the "Working days" tab.
  2. In the "Chat working hours" block, set the hours "From … to …" (Moscow time) and check "Weekend days". The "Do not work on Russian public holidays" checkbox accounts for holidays and shifts according to the production calendar.
  3. In the "Calendar" block, click a day to make it a non-working day or set custom hours for it; "Same as schedule" returns it to the normal mode.
  4. In the "Auto-reply outside working hours" block, enable "Reply to the client automatically when they write outside working hours".
  5. Choose a text from "Ready-made templates…" or write your own. The buttons above the field insert variables: client name, start and end of work, working days, "When we'll reply". A preview is shown below.
  6. Set "Reply after … seconds if an employee hasn't responded to the message" (0 — immediately) and click "Save" (or Ctrl+S).

The auto-reply is sent once per non-working period to each conversation, in all channels except T-Bank and the organization chat. If during the delay someone from the staff replied — whether from the multichat, from the marketplace account, or from a phone — the auto-reply is not sent. It is also not sent when the conversation is already in the "Completed" or "Trash" folder.

At the top of the tab you can see whether it is currently working hours and when the next working period starts.

If it didn't work

  • The auto-reply doesn't arrive. Check that the schedule is saved: until the first "Save", the auto-reply is not sent at all.
  • A yellow warning about the scheduler in the window. In that case, the delayed auto-reply will only be sent with the next incoming message. Notify the server administrator or set the delay to 0.
  • The client received the auto-reply once but wrote three times. That's by design — so as not to flood them with identical messages.

Tips for working with the builder

The "Help" section is made for those who are building a website on "Pervaya Liniya" for the first time. It contains answers to common questions: how to create a website, what to write in the fields, how to edit texts and photos, how to connect your own domain, and how to set up sections. The materials will help you figure things out without contacting support.

The builder is simple: you fill in the fields on the creation page, and then edit the content directly on the finished website. If something does not work or is unclear, check the relevant help item. The instructions are written in plain language and describe every step.

In Help you will find answers to questions:

  • how to come up with a website address and what to do if the name is taken;
  • how to change the title, description, and other texts on the page;
  • how to add products, services, or request forms;
  • how to connect your own domain instead of an address on firstline.com.ua;
  • how to set up sections and modules for your business needs.

If you cannot find the answer you need, use the feedback form — we will help you figure it out. The section is updated so that you can always find current information about working with the builder.
