How to connect messages from a VKontakte and Odnoklassniki group
← BackBoth require a community access key. For VKontakte, Callback API is also configured; Odnoklassniki subscribes automatically.
VKontakte
- Open "Settings" → "VKontakte" (or "Add channel" → "VKontakte") and click "Connect community".
- Fill in the "Community name", "Community ID", and "Community access key" — the key is created in the VKontakte community management, in the API section.
- There, in the community's Callback API settings, paste the "Callback API address" shown in the multichat window and enable the events
message_new,message_reply,message_edit,message_read, andmessage_typing_state. - Use the "Create" button to generate a "Callback API secret key" and enter the same key in VKontakte. In the "Confirmation string" field, transfer the string that VKontakte will show to verify the address.
- Click "Save".
Odnoklassniki
- "Add channel" → "Odnoklassniki" → "New connection".
- Get the key: group in Odnoklassniki → "Settings" → "Messages" → "API work" → "Get access key". Group messages must be enabled.
- Paste it into "Group access key" and click "Save and connect". The name can be left blank.
Multichat recognizes the group by the key itself, subscribes to notifications, and loads the latest dialogs. Only personal dialogs with the group are included in multichat.
If it didn't work
- Odnoklassniki stopped working after a new key. A new key cancels the previous one. If the key is used elsewhere, replace it there too.
- VKontakte does not confirm the address. First save the connection with the confirmation string, then click verify in VKontakte.

Tips for working with the builder
The "Help" section is made for those who are building a website on "Pervaya Liniya" for the first time. It contains answers to common questions: how to create a website, what to write in the fields, how to edit texts and photos, how to connect your own domain, and how to set up sections. The materials will help you figure things out without contacting support.
The builder is simple: you fill in the fields on the creation page, and then edit the content directly on the finished website. If something does not work or is unclear, check the relevant help item. The instructions are written in plain language and describe every step.
In Help you will find answers to questions:
- how to come up with a website address and what to do if the name is taken;
- how to change the title, description, and other texts on the page;
- how to add products, services, or request forms;
- how to connect your own domain instead of an address on firstline.com.ua;
- how to set up sections and modules for your business needs.
If you cannot find the answer you need, use the feedback form — we will help you figure it out. The section is updated so that you can always find current information about working with the builder.
