Where to view orders and how to mark payment

← Back

Orders for each form are stored in their own table — the list of tables is at the bottom of the "Payment acceptance" tab; the status is changed on the order page.

  1. Open "General settings" (/look-admin), the "Payment acceptance" tab. At the bottom, in the "Order tables" block, there are "form → table" pairs.
  2. The table is a hidden section "Orders: form name" at the form's address with the -orders suffix. Columns: "No.", "Date", "Payment status", "Amount", "Order composition", and form fields.
  3. The icon in the status column opens the order page. At the bottom, in the "For administrator" block, select a status and click "Change status".

Statuses: "Awaiting payment", "Invoice issued", "Paid", "Cancelled", "Refund". Online payment sets "Paid" automatically, based on the bank's notification. You mark payment by invoice. When switching to "Paid", administrators receive an email.

The same table serves as the "My orders" page for the customer: they see only their own rows; a guest is prompted to log in. Orders placed without logging in are linked to the account by matching e-mail. To display the page in the menu, change its "Access level".

If you added new fields to the form, open the form's "Module settings" and click "Create/synchronize table with form data": new columns will appear, old data will remain. The column of a deleted field is hidden but not deleted.

If it didn't work

  • "Order tables" is empty. There were no orders yet, and synchronization hasn't been clicked. Click the button in the form module settings.
  • A request came in, but it's not in the table. Submissions are added to the table from the moment it is created; earlier ones remain only in emails. Without a table, only a submission with the Save or Pay rule or with the "Items in cart" or "Set of services with prices" field is considered an order.
  • Need to issue a refund. Refunds are made in the bank's dashboard, not on the site. The "Refund" status comes from the bank's notification or is set manually.

Tips for working with the builder

The "Help" section is made for those who are building a website on "Pervaya Liniya" for the first time. It contains answers to common questions: how to create a website, what to write in the fields, how to edit texts and photos, how to connect your own domain, and how to set up sections. The materials will help you figure things out without contacting support.

The builder is simple: you fill in the fields on the creation page, and then edit the content directly on the finished website. If something does not work or is unclear, check the relevant help item. The instructions are written in plain language and describe every step.

In Help you will find answers to questions:

  • how to come up with a website address and what to do if the name is taken;
  • how to change the title, description, and other texts on the page;
  • how to add products, services, or request forms;
  • how to connect your own domain instead of an address on firstline.com.ua;
  • how to set up sections and modules for your business needs.

If you cannot find the answer you need, use the feedback form — we will help you figure it out. The section is updated so that you can always find current information about working with the builder.
