How to accept payments via SBP and by invoice
← BackOn the "Payment acceptance" tab, enable "SBP" (via the T-Bank terminal) and "Invoice issuing" with the details; there is also a commercial offer in Word.
- SBP. In "General settings" → "Payment acceptance" → "SBP", enable "Accept" and select "Via". With the "Show QR code directly on the order page" checkbox, the QR code appears next to the order composition without an extra click.
- Invoice. In the "Invoice issuing" block, enable "Accept" and fill in the details: "Recipient (LLC / Sole proprietor)", "INN", "KPP (empty for sole proprietor)", "Bank", "BIC", "Settlement account", and the rest. "Payment term, days" will be included in the invoice.
- Commercial offer. In the "Generate and download commercial offer" block, check "Enabled" and fill in the title, contacts, text before the table, terms, and signature.
- Click "Save" in each block.
For the invoice, the customer enters the organization name and INN and receives an invoice for printing with the amount in words. The site does not see money arriving in the settlement account — when it arrives, set the order status to "Paid".
The commercial offer is a Word file with the order composition, prices, site logo, and amount in words; it can be edited before sending. The "Download commercial offer" button is visible on the order page for any status except "Cancelled".
On a multilingual site, the invoice and commercial offer have a "Custom version for language …" checkbox — for foreign details: SWIFT, IBAN, Tax ID.
If it didn't work
- The QR code doesn't appear. SBP works via the terminal from the "Card payment" block: configure T-Bank and connect SBP to the terminal in the bank's dashboard.
- The invoice is paid, but the status is "Invoice issued". This is expected: payment by invoice is marked by the administrator.

Tips for working with the builder
The "Help" section is made for those who are building a website on "Pervaya Liniya" for the first time. It contains answers to common questions: how to create a website, what to write in the fields, how to edit texts and photos, how to connect your own domain, and how to set up sections. The materials will help you figure things out without contacting support.
The builder is simple: you fill in the fields on the creation page, and then edit the content directly on the finished website. If something does not work or is unclear, check the relevant help item. The instructions are written in plain language and describe every step.
In Help you will find answers to questions:
- how to come up with a website address and what to do if the name is taken;
- how to change the title, description, and other texts on the page;
- how to add products, services, or request forms;
- how to connect your own domain instead of an address on firstline.com.ua;
- how to set up sections and modules for your business needs.
If you cannot find the answer you need, use the feedback form — we will help you figure it out. The section is updated so that you can always find current information about working with the builder.
