How user balance and top-up work
← BackThe user tops up the balance on the "Finance" page using the same payment methods as for orders; the administrator can credit or debit manually.
- Enable payment methods in the "Payment acceptance" tab — top-up accepts the same methods, except quotes.
- The user opens the
/financepage, in the "Balance top-up" block enters an amount in the "Top-up amount (₽)" field and clicks "Pay" — the order page opens with method selection. - The balance button in the menu is provided by an item with the
informer_financemodule. In its "Module settings" window there are "Hide when balance is positive" and "Hide when balance is zero". - Manually: "General settings" (
/look-admin) → "Finance" → "Credit / debit funds". Specify the "User", "Amount" (positive — credit, negative — debit), "Comment", and click "Add transaction".
After online payment, the amount is credited automatically, exactly once. For invoice payment, set the order to "Paid" — the money will be credited at that moment. If a paid top-up is canceled or refunded, the amount is debited back.
The user sees unpaid top-ups on /finance in the line "Awaiting payment:". The balance is always in rubles, even in a language with another currency. A negative balance is highlighted in red in the menu and is not hidden.
If it didn't work
- "Online payment is not yet connected on the site". There is not a single enabled payment method for this page's language.
- The balance button is not visible. It is not shown to guests; also check the hide checkboxes in the item settings.

Tips for working with the builder
The "Help" section is made for those who are building a website on "Pervaya Liniya" for the first time. It contains answers to common questions: how to create a website, what to write in the fields, how to edit texts and photos, how to connect your own domain, and how to set up sections. The materials will help you figure things out without contacting support.
The builder is simple: you fill in the fields on the creation page, and then edit the content directly on the finished website. If something does not work or is unclear, check the relevant help item. The instructions are written in plain language and describe every step.
In Help you will find answers to questions:
- how to come up with a website address and what to do if the name is taken;
- how to change the title, description, and other texts on the page;
- how to add products, services, or request forms;
- how to connect your own domain instead of an address on firstline.com.ua;
- how to set up sections and modules for your business needs.
If you cannot find the answer you need, use the feedback form — we will help you figure it out. The section is updated so that you can always find current information about working with the builder.
