How to automatically sort messages into folders
← Back"Settings" → "Rules": one rule per line, for example Messages with subject "URGENT" move to folder "Important". Test with the "Test" button.
- Open "Settings" → "Rules", tab "Message processing rules".
- In the "Rule editor" field, write one rule per line. Lines starting with
//are comments. - Click "Test": a list of conversations from the "Inbox" folder that the rules would move will appear above the buttons — nothing is actually moved.
- Click "Save". To sort what is already in the "Inbox" folder — "Run rules".
The condition (what we search for) is one of:
Messages from "ivan@mail.ru"— the sender contains the text;Messages ending with "@bk.ru"— the address ends with;Messages with subject "URGENT",Messages containing "payment" in the body;Messages from channel "VKontakte"— Telegram, WhatsApp, Avito, Ozon, Wildberries, Yandex Market, T-Bank, Odnoklassniki, MAX, "Site" also work.
The action — move to folder "Orders", move to trash, or move to "Done". Example: Messages from channel "Avito" move to folder "Avito".
If multiple rules match, the last one applies. The folder name is written exactly as in the column — the list is below the editor, "Available folders".
There is also a "Simple editor" — the same rules in a form: "Sender contains", "Subject contains", "Channel", then "Move to folder" or "Change status".
If it didn't work
- The rule didn't work on the client's reply. Rules check the first message of a new conversation; subsequent messages go to the same conversation (for T-Bank payments — each payment).
- "Folder not found". The name in quotes didn't match the actual one — check against the "Available folders" list.
- The rule doesn't move to the "In Progress" folder. That's by design: only a person can take a conversation into work.

Tips for working with the builder
The "Help" section is made for those who are building a website on "Pervaya Liniya" for the first time. It contains answers to common questions: how to create a website, what to write in the fields, how to edit texts and photos, how to connect your own domain, and how to set up sections. The materials will help you figure things out without contacting support.
The builder is simple: you fill in the fields on the creation page, and then edit the content directly on the finished website. If something does not work or is unclear, check the relevant help item. The instructions are written in plain language and describe every step.
In Help you will find answers to questions:
- how to come up with a website address and what to do if the name is taken;
- how to change the title, description, and other texts on the page;
- how to add products, services, or request forms;
- how to connect your own domain instead of an address on firstline.com.ua;
- how to set up sections and modules for your business needs.
If you cannot find the answer you need, use the feedback form — we will help you figure it out. The section is updated so that you can always find current information about working with the builder.
