How to show the number of unread messages in the menu
← BackAdd an item with the informer_multichat module to the structure — a badge with the red number of unread conversations will appear in the menu, leading to the multichat.
- Open "Site structure" and add a section with the
informer_multichatmodule. - Choose an "Icon" for it — without it, only a red circle will be visible in the menu when there are unread messages.
- In the "Module settings" window, optionally fill in the "Label next to the icon" and "Multichat page address" (empty — the section with the multichat module).
- If you also use the internal employee chat, check "Don't count "Organization chat"" — it has its own informer, and one message won't light up in two places.
The number is how many conversations are unread for the current employee, i.e. the sum of the badges on the multichat folders excluding Trash. Folders with "Don't show unread count" are not counted. It updates automatically, every half a minute. The informer is not visible to guests.
For the internal chat there is a similar informer — the informer_chat module.
If it didn't work
- The badge is not visible in the header on the phone. Top menu informers on the phone move into the "hamburger" — look there.
- The number doesn't match the multichat. If there are several multichat sections, specify the address of the one you need: the informer counts by the set of channels of that section.

Tips for working with the builder
The "Help" section is made for those who are building a website on "Pervaya Liniya" for the first time. It contains answers to common questions: how to create a website, what to write in the fields, how to edit texts and photos, how to connect your own domain, and how to set up sections. The materials will help you figure things out without contacting support.
The builder is simple: you fill in the fields on the creation page, and then edit the content directly on the finished website. If something does not work or is unclear, check the relevant help item. The instructions are written in plain language and describe every step.
In Help you will find answers to questions:
- how to come up with a website address and what to do if the name is taken;
- how to change the title, description, and other texts on the page;
- how to add products, services, or request forms;
- how to connect your own domain instead of an address on firstline.com.ua;
- how to set up sections and modules for your business needs.
If you cannot find the answer you need, use the feedback form — we will help you figure it out. The section is updated so that you can always find current information about working with the builder.
