How to view the site as a specific user
← BackThe login icon next to the e-mail in the user list opens the site as that person; to return, use the "Return to admin" button at the bottom of the screen.
- Open "General Settings" → "Users" tab.
- Click the arrow icon right after the e-mail of the desired person (tooltip "Log in as user").
- The site's home page will open — already as them. At the bottom of the screen, a bar says "You are viewing the site as a user…".
- When done, click "Return to admin" in that bar — no password needed.
This is useful when a person writes "it doesn't open for me" or "I don't see the section": you see exactly their menu, their balance, the sections available to them, and their errors. The user's password is not changed and not needed.
While you are in someone else's account, you do not have administrator rights: "General Settings" and editing are unavailable. Logging into someone else's account is not counted as a user visit — their last visit date does not change.
If it didn't work
- Clicked "Log out" in the menu and got logged out completely. "Log out" ends the entire session, including yours. You should return using the button in the bottom bar; if you already logged out, just log in again.
- Your own row has no icon. There's no point logging in as yourself, so the icon isn't there.
- "Session expired, please repeat the action." The users page was open too long — refresh it and click the icon again.

Tips for working with the builder
The "Help" section is made for those who are building a website on "Pervaya Liniya" for the first time. It contains answers to common questions: how to create a website, what to write in the fields, how to edit texts and photos, how to connect your own domain, and how to set up sections. The materials will help you figure things out without contacting support.
The builder is simple: you fill in the fields on the creation page, and then edit the content directly on the finished website. If something does not work or is unclear, check the relevant help item. The instructions are written in plain language and describe every step.
In Help you will find answers to questions:
- how to come up with a website address and what to do if the name is taken;
- how to change the title, description, and other texts on the page;
- how to add products, services, or request forms;
- how to connect your own domain instead of an address on firstline.com.ua;
- how to set up sections and modules for your business needs.
If you cannot find the answer you need, use the feedback form — we will help you figure it out. The section is updated so that you can always find current information about working with the builder.
