How to allow users to add objects to a section themselves
← BackThe "Adding objects" tab in the "General Settings" section: for a section, click "Configure" and check groups or individual users.
- If you need to grant rights to many at once, first create groups and distribute people (the "Users" tab).
- Open "General Settings" → "Adding objects" tab.
- Find the section (the "Find section" field) and click "Configure".
- On the left, check "Groups"; on the right, in the "E-mail or user ID" field, add individual people. Click "Save".
The selected users will be able to add objects to this section and edit their own objects on the page /admin-prod. A group's right also applies to all its subgroups. The object appears on the site immediately, without moderation.
The user does not have access to the section's properties, others' objects, cloning, import, or drag-and-drop on the storefront. The name and description they enter are stripped of code. Administrators can add objects anywhere; this does not apply to them.
There is no menu item for the user: they get to adding via the "Add object" card in the section itself or via the direct link /admin-prod.
If it didn't work
- The user sees "Access denied". They have no rights to any section, or the section they had rights to has been deleted.
- Revoked the right — objects remained. This is by design: objects remain on the site, but now only an administrator can edit them.
- The section is not visible to the user at all. The right to add objects does not open the section itself — check its "Access level".

Tips for working with the builder
The "Help" section is made for those who are building a website on "Pervaya Liniya" for the first time. It contains answers to common questions: how to create a website, what to write in the fields, how to edit texts and photos, how to connect your own domain, and how to set up sections. The materials will help you figure things out without contacting support.
The builder is simple: you fill in the fields on the creation page, and then edit the content directly on the finished website. If something does not work or is unclear, check the relevant help item. The instructions are written in plain language and describe every step.
In Help you will find answers to questions:
- how to come up with a website address and what to do if the name is taken;
- how to change the title, description, and other texts on the page;
- how to add products, services, or request forms;
- how to connect your own domain instead of an address on firstline.com.ua;
- how to set up sections and modules for your business needs.
If you cannot find the answer you need, use the feedback form — we will help you figure it out. The section is updated so that you can always find current information about working with the builder.
