How to make your own tile view in the catalog
← BackThe preview template is a hidden section with the card's HTML code. Select it in the "Object preview template" field for sections, and editing the template will change them all.
- Create a section and set its "Access level" to "Nobody. Can go." or "Nobody. Close access.".
- Click "Edit section text", switch the editor to "HTML" and paste the card code. The part between
<!-- ITEM_START -->and<!-- ITEM_END -->is repeated for each object. Save. - In the section with objects, select this template in the "Object preview template" field — in the "Site templates" group.
- Then edit using the "Edit" button next to the list: the code editor will open with tag buttons.
Tags. Clicking a tag inserts it where the cursor is: <:NAME:>, <:IMAGE:>, <:URL:>, <:PRICE:>, <:CART_BUTTON:>, <:PROP:Name:> — the value of any property, condition <!-- IF_PROP:… -->. Hover over each tag for a hint. <:ADD_OBJECT_CARD:> after ITEM_END will return the "Add object" card to the administrator. Ctrl+S — save, changes are visible on pages after refresh.
For all at once. One template can be selected for any number of sections, and editing it changes them all. This is how you should maintain a unified catalog look: one template for all storefronts.
Global templates — shared across all sites on the platform. You can select them and view the code with the eye icon ("Copy" button in the window), but not edit them. If you need a similar but custom one — copy the code into your site's template and modify it.
Tile size. A new object gets the size and styling of the last object in the same section. To adjust all tiles at once, drag the size handle while holding Ctrl.
If it didn't work
- The template is not in the list. The section must be in HTML mode and with "Nobody" access. Open its text, switch to "HTML" and save.
- The gear, frames and tile styles are gone. The template lacks block style tags — insert the tags with
:product:from the editor. - I don't see the "Edit" button. A global template is selected — only the platform can edit it.

Tips for working with the builder
The "Help" section is made for those who are building a website on "Pervaya Liniya" for the first time. It contains answers to common questions: how to create a website, what to write in the fields, how to edit texts and photos, how to connect your own domain, and how to set up sections. The materials will help you figure things out without contacting support.
The builder is simple: you fill in the fields on the creation page, and then edit the content directly on the finished website. If something does not work or is unclear, check the relevant help item. The instructions are written in plain language and describe every step.
In Help you will find answers to questions:
- how to come up with a website address and what to do if the name is taken;
- how to change the title, description, and other texts on the page;
- how to add products, services, or request forms;
- how to connect your own domain instead of an address on firstline.com.ua;
- how to set up sections and modules for your business needs.
If you cannot find the answer you need, use the feedback form — we will help you figure it out. The section is updated so that you can always find current information about working with the builder.
