Item properties and price matrix
← BackProperties are the selection characteristics (material, size, print run); the price is set at the intersection of their values.
A property is what the visitor chooses from: material, format, print run. A property has values, and the price is calculated not "per item" but per combination of values.
- Open the item in the "Manage items" section and click "Add new property".
- In the "New property" window, either select an existing one from the "Select existing property" list — this way identical characteristics don't spread across the site in three spellings — or enter a "Property name *". Properties that the item already has are marked "already exists".
- Add values: "New value" for your own, or select a value from the list and click ➕ next to it — to take from existing ones.
- Use the ← and → arrows to arrange the properties in the order the visitor should see them.
When there are several properties, the price table becomes a matrix: rows are the values of one property, columns are another, and the price is in the cell at their intersection. An empty cell means that such a combination is not for sale.
If it didn't work
- After a new property or value, the table shows zeros. This is by design: previous prices transfer to the first value of the new property, the rest get 0 — set prices for them. Rearranging properties with arrows does not affect prices.
- A property with a single value takes up a whole column. Properties with a single value do not participate in the matrix — they are shown as a regular item characteristic.
- You deleted a property and prices disappeared. That's right: deleting a property removes all its values, and with them the prices of combinations. It's worth making a backup before deleting.

Tips for working with the builder
The "Help" section is made for those who are building a website on "Pervaya Liniya" for the first time. It contains answers to common questions: how to create a website, what to write in the fields, how to edit texts and photos, how to connect your own domain, and how to set up sections. The materials will help you figure things out without contacting support.
The builder is simple: you fill in the fields on the creation page, and then edit the content directly on the finished website. If something does not work or is unclear, check the relevant help item. The instructions are written in plain language and describe every step.
In Help you will find answers to questions:
- how to come up with a website address and what to do if the name is taken;
- how to change the title, description, and other texts on the page;
- how to add products, services, or request forms;
- how to connect your own domain instead of an address on firstline.com.ua;
- how to set up sections and modules for your business needs.
If you cannot find the answer you need, use the feedback form — we will help you figure it out. The section is updated so that you can always find current information about working with the builder.
