How to log in to the admin panel and change the temporary password

← Back

The login link is in the site creation email; after logging in with the temporary password, the site will open "Change password" itself. Each site has its own password.

  1. Open /login on your site (the link is in the email).
  2. Enter the e-mail to which the email was sent and the temporary password from it.
  3. After logging in with the temporary password, the site will open the "Change password" page itself: set the "New password" and "Confirm password". The temporary password is issued once and is stored in your email in plain text.

Later, the password is changed with the "Change password" button in personal settings (/settings).

If you created the site while logged into your account, there is no temporary password: the "Open site" button lets you in immediately, and after that you log in with the same e-mail and password.

Each site has its own password. Accounts are tied to the site: even if you already use another site on the same platform with the same email address, after creating a new site the passwords are separate. If you change it on one, the other keeps the previous one.

If it didn't work

  • "Invalid email or password", but the password is from the email. Copy it in full, without a trailing space: it's easier to paste the temporary password than to type it.
  • No email. Check "Spam". Emails from a new domain almost always end up there.
  • Password forgotten. The "Forgot password?" link on the login page — a new temporary password will be sent to the same address.

Tips for working with the builder

The "Help" section is made for those who are building a website on "Pervaya Liniya" for the first time. It contains answers to common questions: how to create a website, what to write in the fields, how to edit texts and photos, how to connect your own domain, and how to set up sections. The materials will help you figure things out without contacting support.

The builder is simple: you fill in the fields on the creation page, and then edit the content directly on the finished website. If something does not work or is unclear, check the relevant help item. The instructions are written in plain language and describe every step.

In Help you will find answers to questions:

  • how to come up with a website address and what to do if the name is taken;
  • how to change the title, description, and other texts on the page;
  • how to add products, services, or request forms;
  • how to connect your own domain instead of an address on firstline.com.ua;
  • how to set up sections and modules for your business needs.

If you cannot find the answer you need, use the feedback form — we will help you figure it out. The section is updated so that you can always find current information about working with the builder.
