How to place multiple blocks on a page and change their order

← Back

Another section can be displayed on the page as a section — above or below its text. Order, addition, and removal — in the "Section sections" panel of the section window.

Section is another site section displayed inside a page: form, breadcrumbs, text block, informer. This way a page is assembled from several parts.

First section. Hover over the page — plus signs with tooltips "Add section above…" / "Add section below…" will appear above and below the blocks. Click the one you need and select a section.

Then — the panel.

  1. Open the section window and click "Section sections". The button is visible when the page has at least one section.
  2. The list goes from top to bottom, as on the page. The dotted line is the own text and module of this section.
  3. Change the order by dragging by ⣿ or with arrows. The order is saved immediately.
  4. "Add section": select "Section for new section" and "Where" — "at the very top", "above section content", "below section content", or "at the very bottom", click "Add".
  5. ✖ next to a row removes the section from the page. The section itself remains in the structure.

When you close the window, the page will reload and show the new order.

If it didn't work

  • The needed section is not in the list. A section can be placed as a section on the site only once. If it is already on another page, create a separate section for this page.
  • A section added earlier is below the text, even though you placed it above. This is how old sections behaved. Move it in the panel — after that the order is maintained.
  • No "Section sections" button. The page doesn't have sections yet: add the first one with the plus sign on the page itself.

Tips for working with the builder

The "Help" section is made for those who are building a website on "Pervaya Liniya" for the first time. It contains answers to common questions: how to create a website, what to write in the fields, how to edit texts and photos, how to connect your own domain, and how to set up sections. The materials will help you figure things out without contacting support.

The builder is simple: you fill in the fields on the creation page, and then edit the content directly on the finished website. If something does not work or is unclear, check the relevant help item. The instructions are written in plain language and describe every step.

In Help you will find answers to questions:

  • how to come up with a website address and what to do if the name is taken;
  • how to change the title, description, and other texts on the page;
  • how to add products, services, or request forms;
  • how to connect your own domain instead of an address on firstline.com.ua;
  • how to set up sections and modules for your business needs.

If you cannot find the answer you need, use the feedback form — we will help you figure it out. The section is updated so that you can always find current information about working with the builder.
