How to choose the home page

Open the desired section and check the "Home page" box — there can be only one, and it always lives at the site's root address.

  1. Open the section that should become the home page.
  2. Check the "Home page" box.
  3. Save. The previous home page will automatically stop being it — there can't be two home pages.

The home page address is always the site root /: when saving, it is set automatically, replacing the section's previous alias. The previous home page gets its own address, built from its name, and continues to open at it.

The module for the home page is assigned as usual — with the "Module" field. This is the only section whose module the engine never overwrites itself, so feel free to put a catalog, form, or your own module there.
