Where form submissions go

To email: the address is written in the rule of the Send{…} button; without an address — to the site administrators. The form order table can store submissions on the site.

  1. Open the form as administrator and click the pencil next to the field of type “Action button”.
  2. In the “Button action” field, enter the address in curly braces of the “Send” rule: Send{manager@mysite.ru}; Hide form; Message{Thank you!}. Separate multiple addresses with commas inside the braces.
  3. Save the field and submit a test request after exiting administrator mode.

Empty braces — Send{} — the email goes to all site administrators at the email addresses of their accounts. This is how the new button is configured by default. The recipient's address does not appear in the page code: spam bots won't collect it.

What's in the email. Subject “Request from site your domain”, then a “field — value” table and the first line “Request source”: the page where the form was located. If the form contains the visitor's email or phone, the email will have “Reply to client” and “Call” buttons.

To keep requests on the site, not just in email: in the form section window, open “Module settings” and click “Create/synchronize table with form data”. A hidden table section will appear, with a link to it right there under the button. From that moment, each submission is stored in the table with a number and date. If you add fields to the form, click the button again: new columns will appear, old data will remain. Without the table, a request exists only in the email: if the email is lost, there's nowhere to recover it from.

If it didn't work

  • “No one to send the request to”. The braces contain something other than an email, and the site administrators don't have an email filled in. Enter the address in the braces.
  • The visitor sees “Invalid phone number”. The “Phone (Russia)” field accepts a Russian number in any format — with +7, with 8, or 10 digits — and puts it in the email as +7 (999) 123-45-67. Letters and foreign codes won't pass.
  • I click the button — nothing happens. In administrator mode, the button is an object for editing and doesn't submit anything. Switch to “User” mode using the icon in the top right corner or open the form in another browser.

Tips for working with the builder

The "Help" section is made for those who are building a website on "Pervaya Liniya" for the first time. It contains answers to common questions: how to create a website, what to write in the fields, how to edit texts and photos, how to connect your own domain, and how to set up sections. The materials will help you figure things out without contacting support.

The builder is simple: you fill in the fields on the creation page, and then edit the content directly on the finished website. If something does not work or is unclear, check the relevant help item. The instructions are written in plain language and describe every step.

In Help you will find answers to questions:

  • how to come up with a website address and what to do if the name is taken;
  • how to change the title, description, and other texts on the page;
  • how to add products, services, or request forms;
  • how to connect your own domain instead of an address on firstline.com.ua;
  • how to set up sections and modules for your business needs.

If you cannot find the answer you need, use the feedback form — we will help you figure it out. The section is updated so that you can always find current information about working with the builder.
