How the site looks on a phone and how the mobile menu works
← BackOn screens up to 768 pixels, only the logo and greeting remain in the header; the other items hide under a hamburger button and expand as a list.
On a narrow screen — up to 768 pixels — the top menu rearranges itself, no setup needed:
- only the logo and greeting remain in the header, with a hamburger button on the right;
- when clicked, the other items expand as a list under the header: a full-width row, centered text, thin lines between rows;
- clicking again or clicking outside closes the list;
- a long greeting that does not fit next to the logo moves entirely to the second line, and the button remains to the right of the logo.
Which items remain in the header is not configurable: only the logo and greeting. Everything else in the top menu is inside the list.
Logo. On a phone, it fits by width, and the height from the style window becomes its limit. There will be no extra empty space above and below the logo.
How to check. Open the site on a phone or narrow the browser window. The admin mode toggle button on a phone is a circle next to the hamburger.
If it didn’t work
- On a phone, the site is tiny, like on a computer. Refresh the page with cache clearing: the phone may have saved an old version of the page.
- The page scrolls sideways. A wide element in the text is in the way — a table or a block with a fixed width in pixels. Reduce the width or set it in percent.
- The needed button hid in the hamburger. For example, “Install app”. Place it in the footer or as a section on the page.

Tips for working with the builder
The "Help" section is made for those who are building a website on "Pervaya Liniya" for the first time. It contains answers to common questions: how to create a website, what to write in the fields, how to edit texts and photos, how to connect your own domain, and how to set up sections. The materials will help you figure things out without contacting support.
The builder is simple: you fill in the fields on the creation page, and then edit the content directly on the finished website. If something does not work or is unclear, check the relevant help item. The instructions are written in plain language and describe every step.
In Help you will find answers to questions:
- how to come up with a website address and what to do if the name is taken;
- how to change the title, description, and other texts on the page;
- how to add products, services, or request forms;
- how to connect your own domain instead of an address on firstline.com.ua;
- how to set up sections and modules for your business needs.
If you cannot find the answer you need, use the feedback form — we will help you figure it out. The section is updated so that you can always find current information about working with the builder.
