How to copy an object

The copy button in the object card creates a copy with properties, prices, and images and opens it immediately.

  1. Open the object in the "Object Management" section.
  2. In the card header, click the blue button with two sheets — tooltip "Clone object", next to the trash can.
  3. Confirm: "Create a copy of the object with all properties, prices, and images?"
  4. A copy will open with the name "... (copy)". Rename it and adjust what differs.

What is transferred: all object fields, properties and values with units, all prices (formulas are rebuilt to the copy's rows), tile design, custom object page layout, custom fields, and the list of recommended objects. The image and gallery photos are copied as separate files — deleting one object won't leave another without images.

The copy is placed at the end of the same section. You can move it to another section using the "Section" field.

For a user who is only allowed to add objects, the copy button is not shown.

If it didn't work

  • "Not everything was copied: ...". The copy was created, but some image file wasn't copied — the reason is in the message. Upload the image to the copy again.

The builder is simple: you fill in the fields on the creation page, and then edit the content directly on the finished website. If something does not work or is unclear, check the relevant help item. The instructions are written in plain language and describe every step.
