How to transfer orders from the site to MoySklad

On the app_moysklad section page, check "Transfer site orders to MoySklad" and choose the legal entity and warehouse — orders from the cart will go to MoySklad under "Customer orders".

  1. Open the section page with the app_moysklad module. MoySklad must already be connected.
  2. In the "Settings" block, check "Transfer site orders to MoySklad".
  3. Choose "Order legal entity" and, if needed, "Order warehouse". If a warehouse is selected, you can enable "Reserve product (if warehouse is selected)".
  4. Click "Save".

An order placed in the site cart will appear in MoySklad: Sales → Customer orders. The counterparty is searched by phone or email, and if not found, a new one is created. Order items are the same products and modifications as in MoySklad. The remaining form fields go into the order comment.

Only orders made after connection are transferred. The list of recent orders and their status are visible in the "Orders" block on the section page.

If it didn't work

  • Order with an error. The site retries sending several times itself. If the error remains, click "Retry with error".
  • Old orders are not in MoySklad. This is by design: only orders after connection are sent.
  • An item arrived without a product, text only. The product was added on the site manually and is not linked to MoySklad. Such items are written to the comment.
