What are site applications and integrations and where to enable them
← BackAn integration is a site section with a special module: create a section, select the module in the "Integrations" tab of the module store and fill in the "Module settings".
- Open "Site structure" and add an item, for example with the address
amocrmortg. - To the right of the "Module" field, click "Select" — the "Module store" will open.
- Go to the "Integrations" tab, open the desired card and click "Select this module". The module name can also be entered manually.
- Set the "Access level" specified in the article about this integration and click "Save".
- Open the section again and click "Module settings" — this is where the keys from the external service are entered.
- Open the section page while logged in as administrator: there you'll find a summary, addresses to copy and connection buttons.
What's available now:
app_amo— amoCRM: leads into deals, chats, site in the amoCRM menu;app_b24— site as a Bitrix24 application;app_moysklad— MoySklad: catalog, prices, stock and orders;app_tg— site as a Telegram mini-app with star payments;app_vk— site as a VKontakte and Odnoklassniki mini-app.
Visitors usually don't see such a section: it serves as an entry point for an external service or a panel for the administrator. The site itself outside VK, Telegram or Bitrix24 works as usual.
Next to it, in other tabs of the module store, are posting (publications and newsletters), rss (news feed) and map (map).
If it didn't work
- No "Module settings" button. First save the section with the selected module, then open it again.
- The section was created long ago under the name
vk-appsorb24-apps. Nothing needs to be changed: old names work the same asapp_vkandapp_b24. - The section page shows "service section". That's how a visitor sees it. Log in to the site as administrator.

Tips for working with the builder
The "Help" section is made for those who are building a website on "Pervaya Liniya" for the first time. It contains answers to common questions: how to create a website, what to write in the fields, how to edit texts and photos, how to connect your own domain, and how to set up sections. The materials will help you figure things out without contacting support.
The builder is simple: you fill in the fields on the creation page, and then edit the content directly on the finished website. If something does not work or is unclear, check the relevant help item. The instructions are written in plain language and describe every step.
In Help you will find answers to questions:
- how to come up with a website address and what to do if the name is taken;
- how to change the title, description, and other texts on the page;
- how to add products, services, or request forms;
- how to connect your own domain instead of an address on firstline.com.ua;
- how to set up sections and modules for your business needs.
If you cannot find the answer you need, use the feedback form — we will help you figure it out. The section is updated so that you can always find current information about working with the builder.
