How to connect MoySklad and upload products to the site

Create a section with the app_moysklad module, paste the token from MoySklad and click "Connect" — groups become catalog sections, products become objects with prices and stock.

  1. Create a section, for example /moysklad, with the app_moysklad module and access "Administrators only".
  2. In MoySklad: Settings (gear) → "Tokens" → "Create token". MoySklad administrator rights are required.
  3. On the section page in the "Connect MoySklad by token" block, paste the token and click "Connect".
  4. In the "Settings" block, choose "Price on the site" and check what you need: "Upload photos", "Product 'Availability' property", "Sell products without stock". Set "Full catalog reconciliation, every N hours" and click "Save".

Catalog upload starts immediately. Product groups become sections inside the "Catalog" section, products become objects with a name, description, first photo and the properties "Price", "SKU" and "Availability". Modifications turn into a variant choice ("Size", "Color") with its own price. If the site has no catalog and cart, they are created automatically.

After that, changes from MoySklad arrive on the site immediately. In addition, a full reconciliation runs on schedule: new products appear, deleted and archived ones are removed. You can run it manually with the "Synchronize now" and "Update stock" buttons.

Your own edits on the site (name, custom properties) are preserved until that field is changed in MoySklad.

If our application from the solution store is installed in MoySklad, the store can be created right from there with the "Create online store" button. There is another way: click "Get code" there and enter the code on the site in the "Or link to the application from the MoySklad solution store" block → "Link". The code is valid for 30 minutes.

If it didn't work

  • Some products have no price and no "Add to cart" button. They have zero stock. Enable "Sell products without stock".
  • Changes arrive with a delay. Your MoySklad plan does not have instant notifications — the panel says so. Then the site is updated by scheduled reconciliation.
  • "MoySklad no longer accepts the token". The token was revoked or changed. Create a new one and connect again, the products on the site will be preserved.
