How to let the customer choose a CDEK or DPD pickup point

Add a "CDEK pickup points" or "DPD pickup points" field to the order form: the customer selects a city and a point. Delivery cost is not calculated.

  1. Open the order form on the site and click "Add field".
  2. In "Field type", in the "System" group, select "CDEK pickup points" or "DPD pickup points". You can add both.
  3. If the order should not be accepted without a point — make the field required.
  4. Save.

The customer enters a city, gets a list of points (with search by address or code for a long list), and selects the one they need. The request and the orders table receive a line with the service, code, and point address.

Parcel lockers are hidden by default. To show them, enter the word parcel lockers in the field's default value.

Delivery cost is not calculated and is not included in the order total — include it in the price or agree with the customer separately.

If it didn't work

  • Instead of a list of points — a message that the directory is unavailable. The list of points comes from the delivery service directory on the platform side. Contact support.
  • The desired city is missing. Type the name from the beginning: the city is searched by the first letters.
