How to fill in search texts across the entire site at once

The "Fill empty via AI" button on the "SEO promotion" tab in general settings goes through all sections and fills only empty fields.

  1. Open "General settings" → "SEO promotion" tab.
  2. Click "Fill empty via AI". Filling proceeds in batches, with a progress bar, and can be interrupted: it will continue from the same place.
  3. Go through the resulting texts and fix where the machine guessed wrong.

Below the button is a table of sections with marks for three fields: title, description, and extended section description. The marks update after the page is reloaded.

Three rules worth knowing in advance:

  • Only empty fields are filled. What you've written is never overwritten. If you need to regenerate, clear the field and run again.
  • Only the site's base language. Texts go to other languages via regular translation from the "Site languages" tab, otherwise the versions would diverge in meaning.
  • Only sections visible in search. Service, private pages, informers, and robots.txt are skipped — there's no point writing descriptions for them.

For a single section, there's the same button in the section window: "Fill via AI" in the "SEO promotion" panel. There the text is inserted into the fields but doesn't go into the database until you click "Save".

If it didn't work

  • The button is inactive. Automatic filling isn't configured on the server — fields can only be filled manually, in each section's window.
