robots.txt and sitemap
← BackThe sitemap is generated automatically at /sitemap.xml, and robots.txt is edited from the admin panel at its own address.
The sitemap is located at /sitemap.xml and is generated automatically on each request — there's no file on disk and you don't need to create one. Only pages with access level "Everyone" are included; language versions are listed within a single entry, as Google requires. A section hidden in a certain language ("Sections and informers by language" on the "Site languages" tab) is not included in the sitemap for that language.
robots.txt opens at /robots.txt: a visitor and a search robot see the text, while you see an editor. The same text is also edited in the section window, via the "Module settings" button, in the "robots.txt content" field. An empty field here is meaningful: it means "generate automatically", and the engine will write a sensible file with a link to the sitemap.
The robots.txt section exists on every site, but it isn't shown in the menu — that's normal.
If it didn't work
- Changes to robots.txt aren't visible. If there's a real
robots.txtfile in the site root on the server, the web server serves it and the request doesn't reach the engine. The file must be deleted. - The page isn't in the sitemap. Check the access level: anything other than "Everyone" isn't included. Addresses with an extension and informers are also excluded.

Tips for working with the builder
The "Help" section is made for those who are building a website on "Pervaya Liniya" for the first time. It contains answers to common questions: how to create a website, what to write in the fields, how to edit texts and photos, how to connect your own domain, and how to set up sections. The materials will help you figure things out without contacting support.
The builder is simple: you fill in the fields on the creation page, and then edit the content directly on the finished website. If something does not work or is unclear, check the relevant help item. The instructions are written in plain language and describe every step.
In Help you will find answers to questions:
- how to come up with a website address and what to do if the name is taken;
- how to change the title, description, and other texts on the page;
- how to add products, services, or request forms;
- how to connect your own domain instead of an address on firstline.com.ua;
- how to set up sections and modules for your business needs.
If you cannot find the answer you need, use the feedback form — we will help you figure it out. The section is updated so that you can always find current information about working with the builder.
