How to edit page text

Open the section in the structure and click "Edit section text" — an editor with visual mode and HTML mode will appear on the right.

  1. Open the section — from "Site structure" or with the pencil on the page itself.
  2. Click "Edit section text". The editor will open on the right.
  3. The panel at the top: bold, italic, underline, H1–H3 headings, lists, link and "Remove link", "Text color", alignment. A link is inserted as a line under the panel: enter the address and click "Insert".
  4. The "Visual" / "HTML" toggle — the second mode is needed when you want to insert ready-made code: a table, video, block with classes.
  5. Click "Save" — the editor has no save button of its own; the text is saved together with the section.

If it didn't work

  • You pasted text from Word, and it brings foreign formatting. Switch to HTML mode and clean up the extra tags — or paste via "Notepad".
  • The text was saved, but it's not on the page. Refresh the page with cache clearing (Ctrl+F5).
  • The text is visible on all pages of the module. This is by design for sections with a multi-part address: there is one entry in the structure for the entire section.

The "Help" section is made for those who are building a website on "Pervaya Liniya" for the first time.
