How to accept Telegram star payments
← BackIn the Telegram mini app, the site balance is topped up with stars: the rate and packages are set in the app_tg section settings, card payment there is disabled by default.
- Open the section with the
app_tgmodule → "Module settings". - Set "Rate: rubles per 1 star" (default 1) and "Star packages", for example
50, 100, 300, 1000. - If desired, set the limits "Custom amount: from, stars" and "Custom amount: to, stars".
- Specify "Terms page (/terms command)" and "Reply to /paysupport". Telegram requires them from bots that accept payment.
- Save.
When the site is open in Telegram, on the "Finance" page the "Top-up with Telegram stars" block appears instead of card payment. The person chooses a package or their own number of stars and pays in the Telegram window. The balance is credited with "stars × rate" rubles, and the bot sends a top-up message.
Stars accumulate on the bot. The bot owner withdraws them via Fragment.
According to Telegram rules, digital goods and services in a mini app are sold only for stars. Therefore, pages from the "Card payment pages (closed in Telegram)" field do not open there. If the site sells physical goods (for example, printing), enable "Allow card payment in Telegram (physical goods only)". You can disable stars entirely with the "Disable star payments" checkbox.
If it didn't work
- "Update Telegram — this version does not support star payments". The person has an old version of Telegram.
- "Payment went through, the money will appear on the balance within a few minutes". The payment is accepted, crediting will catch up. If the balance has not changed for a long time, check "Check polling" on the section page.
- "Card payment in Telegram is unavailable". This is expected for digital services — see the checkbox above.

Tips for working with the builder
The "Help" section is made for those who are building a website on "Pervaya Liniya" for the first time. It contains answers to common questions: how to create a website, what to write in the fields, how to edit texts and photos, how to connect your own domain, and how to set up sections. The materials will help you figure things out without contacting support.
The builder is simple: you fill in the fields on the creation page, and then edit the content directly on the finished website. If something does not work or is unclear, check the relevant help item. The instructions are written in plain language and describe every step.
In Help you will find answers to questions:
- how to come up with a website address and what to do if the name is taken;
- how to change the title, description, and other texts on the page;
- how to add products, services, or request forms;
- how to connect your own domain instead of an address on firstline.com.ua;
- how to set up sections and modules for your business needs.
If you cannot find the answer you need, use the feedback form — we will help you figure it out. The section is updated so that you can always find current information about working with the builder.
