How to publish a post to all social networks at once and send a newsletter to clients

The posting module publishes one text with an image on the VK wall, in the OK feed, in messenger channels, Telegraph, LiveJournal, and site news, and also sends it to those who wrote in the multichat.

  1. Open the "Posting and newsletter" section. If it doesn't exist, create a section with the posting module and access "Administrators only".
  2. Write the "Message text" or set the "AI prompt" and click "AI, write the text". If the field is already filled, the AI will use it as a basis.
  3. Add an image: drag it, choose a file, or click "AI, suggest an image".
  4. In the "Where to send" block, check the places in "Publish on page" and, if needed, "Send to those who wrote to us".
  5. Click "Send". The sending progress is visible at the top, along with "Pause" and "Stop".

Where you can publish: VKontakte community wall, Odnoklassniki group feed, Telegram channel or group, WhatsApp, MAX, Telegraph article, LiveJournal post. Communities and groups are taken from multichat connections. A messenger channel is added via the link "+ Channel or group in messenger", a blog — "+ Telegraph or LiveJournal". If the site has an RSS feed, "News on the site" will also appear here: the post will become an object in the feed section.

The newsletter goes as a personal message to everyone who wrote to you in the multichat. Group chats and "Trash" are not involved. The time frame is set by the "Wrote within" field, and closed requests are added by the "and 'Completed'" checkbox.

VK and Odnoklassniki keys, the image generator, and pauses are set in "⚙ Settings" at the top of the page. The results and errors of each sending are collected in the "History" tab.

If it didn't work

  • The VK wall asks for a key. You can't publish to the wall with a community key from the multichat. Click "Get key" and log in to VKontakte as a community administrator. The key is valid for about a day.
  • The OK feed is not published. The feed requires its own OK app from the group administrator. Step-by-step instructions are in ⚙ for this channel.
  • The Telegram channel is not found. A numeric chat ID like -1001234567890 is needed, not an @address.
